Please make sure to have your order number when emailing regarding your return.
- Complete the return form and indicate the reason for the return and any reorder or refund or reorder instructions.
- Enclose the completed return form with your merchandise.
- Ship the package with return address clearly marked as specified below. Please use the same or smaller box if you can. You should ship the package using FedEx, UPS or USPS insured with delivery confirmation. Huntmark does not provide a pre-paid return label on standard returns. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the merchandise is defective or under warranty. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages by delivery services. Record your tracking number and order number and keep until your refund or exchange has been received. This also helps if you need to make an inquiry on your return.
