WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Our refund policy is simple and straight forward. Simply visit our returns page and submit a refund form to successfully return your product to us.
DOES HUNTMARK HAVE A WARRANTY?
If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, simply send back to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We strive to ensure every product meets your requirements and needs. So if you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, neither are we.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS HAVEN’T ARRIVED?
We ship orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Time in transit depends on the shipping service used and the customer’s ship-to address from our location in Wisconsin. Transit time usually does not exceed 4-5 days. All packages shipped will have dedicated tracking number dedicated to your order. We also happy to work with you on “lost in shipment” research, if necessary.
