INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING AND EXCHANGING MERCHANDISE
If your merchandise was damaged in shipment or there is a discrepancy in the number of packages received please email our returns department immediately at email@example.com. For all other items, please see additional return policy information below.
Please make sure to have your order number when emailing regarding your return.
1. Complete the return form and Indicate the reason for the return and any reorder or refund or reorder instructions. The Return Form can also be downloaded here.
2. Enclose the completed return form with your merchandise.
3. Ship the package with return address clearly marked as specified below. Please use the same or smaller box if you can. You should ship the package using FedEx, UPS or USPS insured with delivery confirmation. Huntmark will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages by delivery services. Record your tracking number and order number and keep until your refund or exchange has been received. This also helps if you need to make an inquiry on your return.

EASY 30-DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Huntmark purchase for any reason, please return your merchandise within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. For the fastest service, returns should be accompanied by the purchase invoice. All returns are subject to a physical inspection and all merchandise must be returned in new, unused, unlaundered, resale condition within 30 days. We must have the product back and inspected before a credit can be issued. We will apply your refund, less shipping and handling, to the original form of payment. Huntmark will send a return shipping label for defective merchandise upon request.
Huntmark will NOT refund shipping charges or pay for items to be returned.
NO returns on closeout or Discontinued Items.
Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
Items presented for return in new/unused condition and in original packaging without a receipt or received after the 30 day deadline will be refunded on Huntmark discretion. Anything deemed as unreturnable can be shipped back to customer at their own expense or it will be donated to charity.
ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO EVALUATION. If merchandise is not found to be defective the consumer will be subject to any shipping charges that may apply. Refunded value for any item(s) returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount applied to order. If you would prefer an exchange we will send it promptly. Defective items are backed 100% and can be returned for exchange only. Refunds or exchanges on any defective merchandise will be given at the evaluation of Huntmark’s Management. All returns must be sent ground service only. Sorry, no C.O.D.’s will be accepted.
DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON, RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED UP TO 60 DAYS AFTER INITIAL PURCHASE DATE. PLEASE RETAIN THE PACKING SLIP FOR ANY GIFTS THAT MAY NEED TO BE RETURNED.
THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS APPLY TO OUR STANDARD RETURN POLICY
The following items must be returned unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase: CDs, videos, and computer software. If opened, these items may only be exchanged for same items.
Bumpers, field training tools, beds, or other stock merchandise may be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused. Any/all whistles may be returned within 7 days if UNUSED. Any whistles returned in used condition or past the 7 days will not be refunded. All Customized/Personalized items can NOT be returned or exchanged.
Note: Non-Huntmark merchandise covered by manufacturer’s warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
If you have any questions concerning this warranty, please contact our Returns Department between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm CT.
Huntmark shall in no way be obligated to incidental or consequential damages of any kind. The obligation of this warranty shall be limited to the repair, replacement or credit (up to the amount of the original purchase price) only. Huntmark will make the sole determination as to the validity of any warranty claim and to the method of compensation.
